Mould Box System 80x80x80mm - Chonky

These acrylic mould boxes have been designed to enable neat and easy mould making of cap, sprue or open formats and include pre-made registration marks (or make your own) with the interchangeable bases.

Moulding multiple, single dice moulds is more economic and beneficial than moulding a full set into one mould when it comes to replacing worn out moulds. With a full set mould when one dice cavity wears out the whole set becomes redundant, with individual moulds only that one dice mould needs to be replaced

Multiple moulds made with these boxes will be uniformly sized and therefore are stackable within a pressure pot

Choice of 2x Box Bases give configuration options and flexibility to use for multiple mould styles - use the solid box base for double sided tape or the hollow box base with single sided tape. The hollow box base has been designed to automatically create registration keys to align the lid of your 2 part moulds perfectly (and the lid can only fit one way round so no worrying your numbers are upside down!)
