Shipping policy

Free Tracked/Signed For delivery available on all orders above-

All Tief's Things orders are shipped via Royal Mail and their local partners with Tracking and Signature where possible. The exception to this is items that ship in a Large letter format eg polishing papers - these include free shipping where no other products are ordered

We Ship Worldwide - International orders may incur sales tax, import tax, VAT, duties or other fees which the customer is responsible for paying based upon the shipping address provided.

Custom made orders are not stocked and therefore take time to produce. Please see 'The Process' page as well as individual listings for information on production times. Standard Item normally take 7-10 working days and Non-standard (i.e fully polished, off menu font) can take 3-4weeks before dispatch.

Stocked items are posted out within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated.

I do my best to stick to time frames as stated and notify customers when these will vary, but at certain times I may not be able to do this ie illness. I thank you for your patience and understanding if your order is delayed to unforeseeable circumstance.

If you would like production updates for custom/ made to order items please allow marketing emails and add tiefsthings to your allowed emailer list. Automatic emails are sent when your order has been printed, polished to 1000G, polished to 1M and is ready to join the next post, theres no need to reply to any of these emails but you can if you have questions as all replies come directly to my inbox :)
