3D Printed Mould Masters removed from supports and finished to 1000grit level paper
SET DETAILS
- A set of 7 polyhedral dice masters/protodice. These are 3d printed and not intended for gameplay. They are for polishing and using to make moulds and casting your own handmade dice.
- Please see images for sizing information
- All orders come with supports removed and finished with 1000grit paper as standard (duplicate dice are supports removed without sanding) . This is to help avoid over sanding with high grits at home that can easily re-shape the masters - leaving just zona paper polishing left to do when they arrive. It also allows me a lot of time to analyse each face and number for defects before posting. If you would prefer them un-sanded or sanded and polished to much higher level please let me know and I'm happy to quote this for you :)
- A Practice/Tester dice is included with all orders
- "7xSet" options (from the drop down menu" come with one of each dice D4, D6, D8, D10, D12, D20 & D% - "7xSet+Duplicate Set" option includes a secondary print of your chosen design to serve as a back up set or for makers who want make both sprue and cap moulds - Both sets must be exactly the same, The first set comes sanded to 1000Grit and the duplicate will be supports removed un-sanded.
CUSTOMISATION
- Logo, to add your own logo in place of the high number on any or all of the protodice (one side on pyramid style d4) please select the 'add logo' option from the drop down. I am happy to advise on a logos suitability but please bare in mind the small size of the logo on some faces and make sure that your logos detail level will suit this scale (if it works at 5x5mm size it will work for all dice this size and larger) Not got your logo yet? I can design one for you - visit my shop home page and check out the logo design for dice listing
- Fonts, if selecting a font from the font menu please select the corresponding number from the menu. If you'd prefer your own custom font I'd love to help you out, please contact me using chat before placing you order to discuss the font as many are not suitable for printing onto dice. Off menu font construction is an additional listing and can be found in the add-ons section of the store
- Shapes, I know many makers dislike the pyramid style D4 so I offer to swap the D4 shape for any other shape at no extra cost
- I also offer full polishing at really competitive rates, but this does add time to the production length. I also sell pre-made, pre polished masters called "Ready to Mould" these can be posted in under 2-3 days! They sell really quickly once restocked though so don't hang around
- If you'd like to make sprue moulds and require holes drilling into the masters before dispatch just add it to the notes section - its much better for me to drill them and if something goes wrong so I can reprint straight away rather than risking it at home
- If your looking for any options other than listed please message me and I'll happily do my best to incorporate your ideas and needs into the design
With each set of 7 I send out a practice dice but if something does go wrong I offer highly discounted reprints in the first month from delivery. If you think its a good idea to have 2 sets to begin with (and avoid doubling up on P&P) please select to add the duplicate set option from the drop down box.
